These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumanizeAudio.com and its services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Who We Are
HumanizeAudio.com ("HumanizeAudio," "we," "us," or "our") provides tools and services to help users process, enhance, or otherwise work with audio and related content.
2) Eligibility

3) Accounts

4) Purchases, Payments, and No Refund Policy
By purchasing any service, subscription, credits, or digital product from HumanizeAudio:
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, failure to use the Service, or perceived results.
If you have an issue, contact support at Hello@humanizeaudio.com and we will try to help, but refunds will not be issued.
5) Ownership & Rights (You Get 100% Rights)
A. Your Content
You retain full ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Content").
B. Your Output - 100% Rights
You receive 100% rights to the output you receive from our Service based on your input ("Output"), to the maximum extent allowed by law. This means you may use your Output for personal or commercial purposes, including monetization and distribution.
C. License to Operate the Service
To provide the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content and Output only as needed to operate and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or violate any third-party rights
- Upload content you do not have the right to confirm, process, or modify
- Use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, or deceptive
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service
- Interfere with security features or access controls
- Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) beyond reasonable use without permission
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7) Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, add or remove features, or limit access for security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result quality, or performance improvements.
9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANIZEAUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are considered a binding agreement and will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
